I’ve been pondering about what my life will look like after all this shelter-in-place stuff is over. I thought about several things but I think I stumbled on something pretty good. What if I open a restaurant with a menu consisting of items I ate during the quarantine. I’m thinking of calling it the Quarantina Bistro.
